This privacy policy applies to the AI Model – Beauty Photoshoot app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cloud Web Apps (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

  • The total time spent on the Application

  • The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

AI processing is performed solely to provide the requested features and improve user experience, in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws. User images are not used for purposes other than providing the service unless explicitly stated. If you have questions regarding AI processing or data usage, please contact the Service Provider.

Data Retention Policy & Opt-Out

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. The Service Provider will retain User Provided data, including uploaded images, only for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a reasonable time thereafter.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have submitted through the Application, please contact them at manuelfonsi999@gmail.com.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information or images from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal data or images, such data will be immediately deleted from their servers.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.

These terms and conditions apply to the AI Model – Beauty Photoshoot app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cloud Web Apps (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms before using the Application.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction of the Application, any part of the Application, or related trademarks is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to AI Model – Beauty Photoshoot remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Usage & User Responsibility

The Application may store and process personal data and images that you provide in order to generate AI-based beauty or photoshoot content. You confirm that you have the legal right to upload and use any images submitted to the Application.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

Limitations of Liability

While we aim for high-quality results, the Service Provider does not guarantee accuracy, realism, or suitability for professional use and assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Application.

AI-Generated Content

The Application incorporates AI technologies to generate or enhance images. By using the Application, you acknowledge that the results are algorithmically generated and may vary. The Service Provider is not responsible for how generated images are used outside the Application.

Termination & Updates

The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination:
(a) all rights and licenses granted to you will end;
(b) you must stop using the Application and remove it from your device.
